Property Terms and Conditions

  • Reservation and Arrival:
    Your reservation is personal and non-transferable. Upon arrival, guests must present a valid, original form of identification.

  • Respect for the Property and Other Guests:
    No gatherings or parties are allowed in the rooms to ensure a peaceful environment. The Property reserves the right to evict any additional or unauthorized occupants. The Property may also refuse service or evict guests for reasons related to behavior, safety, security, or medical grounds, including failure to follow staff instructions, discriminatory behavior, harassment, or endangering others.

  • Cleanliness, Hygiene, and Care of Property:
    Guests are required to maintain adequate cleanliness and follow safety and hygiene guidelines. They are responsible for any damage caused to the Property’s assets and equipment, and the Property reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements.

  • Environmental Respect and Responsibility:
    The Property is committed to preserving its natural surroundings. Guests are encouraged to act responsibly by reducing water and energy consumption, sorting waste, and respecting local flora and fauna to help maintain the site’s beauty and ecological balance.

  • Swimming Pool and Common Areas:
    The swimming pool is exclusively for guests and used at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests are asked to respect the pool rules and cleanliness to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • Allergies and Sensitivities:
    Please inform management prior to arrival if you have allergies or sensitivities to certain fabrics, materials, cleaning products, or foods.

  • Safety and Liability:
    While the Property takes reasonable measures to ensure guest safety, it cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings caused by guests themselves. Lost property is logged and securely stored but there is no guarantee of return or notification. Perishable items are only kept until the end of the day following check-out.

  • Lost Property Retrieval:
    Items may be collected upon presentation of valid ID or shipped at the guest’s expense.

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    The Property reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

  • Limitation of Liability:
    The Property is not liable for financial losses, injuries, delays, damages, or inconveniences caused by events beyond its control, including flight delays or cancellations, civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes, theft, terrorism, or government actions.

  • Airport Transfers:
    Airport transfer services are ancillary. The Property is not responsible for any incidents that occur during these transfers.
